Day 1: Nairobi to Samburu Game Reserve

06:00 AM: Early departure from Nairobi to beat city traffic.  

12:00 PM: Arrive at Samburu Game Reserve, check in, and enjoy lunch.  

03:00 PM – 06:30 PM: Extended Afternoon Game Drive searching for Samburu’s "Special Five" (Grevy’s Zebra, Somali Ostrich, Reticulated Giraffe, Gerenuk, Beisa Oryx).  

Overnight: Samburu Game Lodge / Elephant Bedroom Camp.

Day 2: Full-Day Samburu Safari Experience

06:30 AM – 05:30 PM: Full-Day Game Drive with a packed picnic lunch along the Ewaso Nyiro River bank.  

Highlights: Deep exploration of Samburu and neighboring Buffalo Springs or Shaba reserves, targeting big cats (leopards and lions), elephant herds, and rare endemic species.  

Overnight: Samburu Game Lodge / Elephant Bedroom Camp.  

Day 3: Samburu to Ol Pejeta Conservancy / Lake Bogoria & Nakuru

06:30 AM: Morning game drive exiting Samburu.  

09:30 AM – 01:00 PM: Drive towards the Rift Valley floor via Lake Bogoria.  

01:30 PM – 05:30 PM: En-route Game Drive & Tour at Lake Bogoria (hot geysers and flamingo viewing) followed by an evening arrival at Lake Nakuru National Park.  

Overnight: Lake Nakuru Lodge / Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge.  

Day 4: Full-Day Lake Nakuru National Park Safari

06:30 AM – 05:00 PM: Full-Day Game Drive in Lake Nakuru with a packed picnic lunch at Baboon Cliff.  

Highlights: Intensive tracking of Endangered White & Black Rhinos, Rothschild’s Giraffes, Lions, Leopards, and thousands of flamingos and waterbirds along the shores.  

Overnight: Lake Nakuru Lodge / Sarova Lion Hill.  

Day 5: Lake Nakuru to Nairobi

06:00 AM – 09:30 AM: Final Early Morning Game Drive in Lake Nakuru.  

10:00 AM: Breakfast at the lodge and check-out.  

01:30 PM: Arrive back in Nairobi.
